Political Engagement Committee

PolEC advises Council on political issues and strategies and coordinates Association political activities at the local and provincial levels.

Teacher Salary Qualifications Board

The TSQB establishes and reviews principles Teacher Qualifications Service uses in evaluating years of teacher education for salary purposes.

Diversity, Equity and Human Rights Committee

The DEHR committee studies diversity, equity and human rights issues in education and strives to address inequities.

Teacher Qualifications Committee

The Teacher Qualifications Committee hears appeals from teachers dissatisfied with an evaluation of their education for salary purposes.

Table Officers Committee

The Table Officers Committee makes decisions on administrative matters, structures agendas for PEC meetings and communicates ATA policy.
