Between January 16 and 30, 2025, teachers have the chance to win big! Log in to your MyATA account or create a new account during the contest period, and you’ll automatically be entered into a draw to win one of three $1,000 cash prizes.

MyATA Account Contest General Rules

Eligibility

The MyATA Account Contest (the “contest”) is only open to active and associate members of the Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA) who are 18 years or older and governed by Canadian Law. This excludes all employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Alberta Teachers’ Association, the Alberta Teachers’ Association Provincial Executive Council and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the contest (collectively, the “contest parties”).

No purchase necessary.

To participate in this contest, you must log in to your MyATA account or create a new MyATA account, and you must do this between January 16 and 30, 2025.

Contest Period and Entry Period

The contest and entry period run from January 16 at 12:01 AM (Mountain time) to January 30 at 11:59 PM (Mountain time).

Licence, Waiver and Release

By entering the contest and submitting an entry, you agree to release and hold harmless released parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from use of their entry, including, without limitation, any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating in any way to publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property–related cause.
