The Finance Committee oversees the Association's finances. Some of its tasks are:
- Producing a consolidated budget for consideration of Provincial Executive Council and the Annual Representative Assembly
- Advising the Association on investment matters
- Determining the amount that the ATA will charge for printing, teacher qualifications evaluations, and renting meeting rooms
