The Educational Leadership Academy (ELA), open exclusively to ATA members, is your opportunity to step out of the day-to-day and step into a space designed for growth, connection, and inspiration. Over two days, you’ll engage with an opening and closing keynote, then dive into six breakout sessions in a unique cohort model—learning, sharing, and problem-solving alongside the same 50 leaders throughout the event.
