Educational Leadership Academy (ELA) is a two-day conference intended for school and system leaders with at least four years of experience in a leadership role.
Led by Dr Scott Morrison, former superintendent of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools and current President of St. Mary’s University, ELA draws on his more than 30 years' experience in education and leadership spanning school and system leadership.
Through a unique cohort model, participants will engage with the opening and closing keynotes and attend six breakout sessions, learning, sharing, and problem solving alongside the same 50 leaders throughout the event. The experience is designed to build on participants’ existing leadership philosophies, offering practical strategies and fresh perspectives they can apply to their own contexts.
